SYDNEY.
By the Egmont steamer we have rcceivcd two daj's' later papers from Sydney. The telegrams will be found elsewhere, as will also the account of a fatal boiler explosion, which occurred in repairing the steamship Otago. The leading features of the budget brought before the New South Wales Parliament by the Treasurer on the 29th ult. will be found reprinted from the 'Empire.
