MAGISTRATE'S COURT.—Saturday.
(Before Thomas Beckham, Esq., R.M., and George Graham, Esq., J.P.) DEUNKENXSSS. Robert Morgan, William Snow, Thomas Burrowes, Henry Craig, Thomas Johnston, Charles Sturrock, Kli Penison, Sar.th Cooper, and Bridget Maekay, charged with this offence, were treated in tho usual manner. MILITARY DESEUTEE. Patrick Manly was brought up, charged with having deserted from the 14th Regiment, and was ordered to he handed over to tho military authorities. ASSAVI.TINC. A I'OI.ICE COXSTAISI/E. John Bayford was charged with assaulting Constable Lloyd, while in the execution of his duty, on the Queen-street wharf, on the 23rd inst. The accused pleaded guilty, and was ordered to be imprisoned for fourteen days, and to be kept to hard labour. The Court then adjourned.
