SALE OF THE TOWN OF PoRT ALBERT.
Titli above township, situated on the Oruawharo, AIU-rtland, was submitted at auction, yesterday, by Messrs. L'idiligs and l>owden. The atleiidanee was very good, and the bidding brisk and spirited, causing the sale to pass olt most satisfactory.
