ISGS, for holding an N TEH-COLONIAL SHOW OF LIVE STOCK (if everj- description, during the OPENING W E E K Of tho Now Zealand Exhibition, which will take place about the 3rd January, 1865. Tho Show will be held in the grounds adjacent to tho Exhibition Building, whoro accommodation will bo mado for receiving and classing Live Stock of every description, under the direction of the Commissioners, who will appoint Judges and give awards. The Annual Sale by public auction of Livo Stork will take place on the last day of the Bhow, when all exhibitors will have an opportunity of offering their stock to public competition, und as the sale will be held at a season of the year when most of the breeders and stock-owners will be in the market, thero is no doubt that well-bred stock of every description will meet with a ready and satisfactory sale.
