NOTICE is hereby given that the above Assessment being now long past due, the Collector will attend at the office of the City Board of Commissioners, Canada Buildings, Queen-street, dailv. from Wednesday the 7th, till Wednesday the I4th current, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., for the purpose of receiving payment thereof, and that legal proceedings will be adopted against all persons in arrear after that date. The Contractor will be bound to issue the killed meat in detail to the Troops at all places where he may be required by tho Commissary-General or Officer authorized by him to do so ; and all labour, material, and accommodation at all tho posts to be found by tho Contractor.
