Sales frg SATURDAY, DECEMBER 17. AUCTION SALE OF WHARF DUES, WEIGHBRIDGE TOLLS, CRANE DUES, TURNPIKE TOLLS, SLAUGHTERHOUSE FEES, AND WATER RATES. The subscriber has been favoured with instructions from Robeut Graham, Esq., Superintendent of the Province, to sell by public auction, at his stores, Fort-street, on Saturday, 17th December, at 12 o'clock, [| OL 1 S AND FEES. THE TOLLS AND FEES LEVIABLE AT THE TWO GATES, AT NEWMARKET. CONDITIONS. Tho Lessee of the Tolls leviable at tho Gates (Newmarket), must pay tho rent for each month, within seven days after tho commencement of the following month. Ho must engage to deliver up the Toll-houses, Toll-gates, and Barriers, in good repair at termination of lease; and he must provide two approved securities, who will jointly become bound for the fulfilment of these conditions, in a penalty of tho amount of two months' rent. THE FEES LEVIABLE AT THE SLAUGHTER HOUSE, NEWMARKET. CONDITIONS. The Lessee of tho Newmarket Slaughter-liouso, and Fees leviable thereat, must conform to the Slaughter-house Rules and Regulations, as published in the Trovinrial Government. Gazette of 20th November, 1863, and November, 1564. He must pay Ilie lent for each month within seven days after the commencement of the following month, and ho must provide two approved sureties, who will jointly become bound for the fulfilment of these conditions, in a penalty to the amount of two months' rent. Rate of (barges : —2s. 6d. per head for great cattle, and 6d. per head for all other. THE FEES LEVIABLE FOR THE SUPPLY OF WATER FROM THE WATERING PLACE AT WYNYARD PIER. CONDITIONS. The Lessee of the Government Water Tank will , be required to supply water to the shipping, and others, at the usual watering place, Wynyard Pier, when called upon; and will be entiiltd to charge, therefor, Is. i er ton—ls. being the lowest sum payable, even when only a pcrtion of a ton is taken, except in the case of water supplied to the Royal Nary, whiih the Lessee is required to deliver at a charge of 6d. a ton. The Lessee will be required to maintain a hose of ; the usual size and length in an efficient state of repair, tor the delivery of water without leakage. He must pay the rent for each month within seven days after the commencement of the following month; and he must provide two approved sureties, who will jointly become bound for the fulfilment of these conditions in a penalty to the amount of two months' rent. THE TOLLS LEVIABLE AT THE QUEENSTREET WHARF AND WEIGHBRIDGE. CONDITIONS. The Lessee of tho Tolla leviable on the Queenstreet Wharf must pay the rent for each month within seven days after the commencement of the following month. He must provide two approved sureties, who w-ill jointly become bound for the fulfilment of that condition in a penalty to the amount of two months' rent. He will also have the Weighbridge fees, and likewise must covenant to deliver up tho Weighbridge and House in like good order and condition. THE CRANE DUES OF THE THREE CRANES | ON THE QUEEN-STREET WHARF. CONDITIONS. The Lessee of tho Crane Dues will have the three ' Government Cranes upon the Queen-street Wharf handed over to him on Ist January, by the Wharfinger. in an efficient state of repair.
