Vessels not drawing more than nine feet of water can enter and leave at all times with half-tide, and at full tides Vessels drawing fourteen feet of water can enter safely. Charts of the river, kindly furnished by Captain Buhgess, can be obtained at the Haymarket. Assistance, if necessary, can at all mes bo obtained on the spot.
