The Show will be held in the grounds adjacent to the Exhibition Building, where accommodation will bo made for receiving and classing Live Stock of every description, under Ihe direction of the Commissioners, who will appoint. Judges and give awards. The Annual Sale by public auction of Live Stock will take place on the last day of the show, when al exhibitors will have an opportunity of oll'oiing their stock to public competition, and as the sale will be held at a season of tho year when most of the breeders and stock-owners will be in tho market, there is no doubt that well-bred stock of every description will meet with a ready and satisfactory sale.
