Tho Show will bo hold in the grounds adjacent to the Exhibition Building, where accommodation will bo made for receiving and classing Livo Stock oi every description, under tho direction of tho Commissioners, who will appoint Judges and givo awards. Tho Annual Sale by public auction of Livo Stock will tako pluco on the last day of tho show, when al exhibitors will have an opportunity of ofl'eiing their stock to public competition, and as the sale will be held at a season of tho year when most of the breeders anil stock-owners will bo in tho market, there is no doubt that well-bred stock of every description will meet with a ready and satisfactory salo.
