The Show will Le held in the grounds adjacent to the Exhibition Building, where accommodation will bo made for icceiving and classing Live Stock of eveiv description, under the direction of the Commissioners, who will appoint Judges and give awards. The Annual Salo by public auction of Lire Stock will take place on the last day of the show, when all exhibitors will have an opportunity of offering their stock to public competition, and as the sale will bo held at a season of the year when most of the breeders and stock-owners will be in the market, there is no doubt that well-bred stock of every description will meet with a ready and satisfactorysale.
