Thomas Shiplierd stood charged by Mr. Inspector Lewis, with having 30 sheep, above the ago ol four months, in his possession, unbranded. Tho accused pleaded guilty. The Inspector stated that it was a more matter of neglect. The Bench inflicted a. nominal fiuo of orio penny per head, tho accused to pay costs.
