The Show will be hold in the grounds adjacent to the Exhibition Building, whero accommodation will bo made for receiving and classing Livo Stock of every description, under tho direction of tlio Commissioners, who wilt appoint Judges and give awards. Tlio Annual Sale by public auction of Livo Stock will tako place on tho last day of tho show, when all exhibitors will have an opportunity of oll'ering their slock to public competition, and as tho salo will be held at a season of tlio year when most of the breeders and stock-owners will bo in the market, there is no doubt that well-bred stock of every description will meet with a ready and satisfactory sale.
