The Show will bo held in tho grounds adjacent to tho Exhibition Building, where accommodation will be made for receiving and classing Live Stock of every description, under tho direction of the Commissioners, who will appoint Judges and give awards. Tfid Annual S.'ilo by public auction of Live Stock will take place' on the hist-day (>f tho show,- When all exhibitors will have an opportunity of, offering their stock to public competition, and as the aalo will bq held at a season of tho year when most of the breeders and stock-owners will bo in tho market, there is 110 doubt that well-bred stock of every description will meet with a ready and satisfactory sale.
