All packages to be found by the Contractor, without any additional charge. All supplies to be subject to- approval, when offered for deliver)-, and a warranty to be given that th.- Pressed Hay will keep sound for three months ■ after delivery. Three calendar months' notice given by cither party 011 the Ist day of a month will be necessary to terminate a contract. The Contractor, if required, will be bound to deliver at any of the places specified in his contract. Supplies to be* forwarded by the Commissariat to other Provinces. TENDERS Will be received at the Oflico of tho Commissary-General, Princes-street, Auckland, till noon 011 TUESDAY, the 27th day of December, 1564, for the supply of Fresh Meat (beef and mutton) to the Troops in the Province of Auckland, for the year from Ist April, 18G5, to 31st March, ISG6. Tho Contractor will bo bound to issue the killed meat in detail to tho Troops at all places where he may be required by the Cominissary-General or Officer authorized by him to do so ; and all labour, material, and accommodation at all the posts to be found by the Contractor. Payment in Treasury Bills will be made monthly for the quantities shewn on tho Commissariat Accounts as having been received.
