TENDERS will be received at tho Office of tho Commissary-General, Princes-street, Auckland, till noon on TUESDAY, the '17th day of December, 1 Slj4, for the supply of Fresh Meat (beef and mutton) to tho Troops in the Province of Auckland, for the year from Ist April, 1860, to 31st March, ISGO. The Contractor will bo bound to issue tho killed meat in detail to the Troops at all placcs where he may bo required by the Commissary-General or Otiicer authorized by him to do to ; and all labour, material, and accommodation at all tho posts to bo found by tho Contractor. Payment in Treasury Bills will be made monthly for the quantities shewn on the Commissariat Accounts as having been received. The Tenderer to state whether ho will be prepared to extend the Contract to the other Provinces of New Zealand.
