Rutgers, barque, for Newcastle. 11—Mary Warren, ship, for Guam. ARRIVAL OF THE 'PHILLIS' FROM ADELAIDE. The sail in sight signalled yesterday afternoon, arrived off the Headß late last night, and proved to be the brig Phil] 13 from Adelaide. She sailed on the 24th ult., and had uariable winds and fine weatherto the Three Kings, which were made on Sunday evening last. The Phillis brings a cargo of 71 tons flour, 485 bags of wheat, 52 tons of hay, and 15 tons of salt, consigned to J. Robertson & Co. ' We hape to thank Capt. McCallum for a file of Adelaide papers to the 23rd ult. The Phillis brings the following passengers:— Joseph and Henry Thompson, Andrew and John Germain, and Andrew Cartayne. The ships Hydra and Lady Young hare both cleared for Newcastle, and sail this morning. The ship Columbus came up harbour yesterday morning, and anchored off the Wharf. The s.s. Beautiful Star, for Port Waikato, schooner Fairy, for Mongonui, and Sylph, for Russell, all left last night. The brig Annie Laurie, Capt. Hays, cleared for Guam yesterday, and sa'ls this morning for Valparaiso. The Ana Catharina, for tho same port, also sails to-morrow. The s b. Claud Hamilton, Capt. Machin, may be cxpectcd from Melbourne to-day. The schooner Albatross sails for TaranaM this morning, with a full cargo. The ship Glendevon and barque Rhoderic Dhu, both came alongside the Wharf yesterday morning,- i and commenced discharging. ' The ship Mary Warren and barque H. L. She is supposed to be the Marwell, from Auckland. The brigantine Vistula, Captain Smith, sailed with a full cargo of sawn timber on Thursday last, and arrived at Taranaki the same day. The ketch Wild Wave, Captain Wyatt, has been in daily attendance for the last fortnight on the wrecked schooner Lotus, and had received damage in so doing, carrying away her cutwater, &c. She"mtty be expected in Auckland shortly with a full cargo of sawn timber. The Lotus had been raised and floated to high water mark. The Hanovarian barque Amazono, Captain Meyer, 27 days out from Auckland, had not arrived at Kaipara up to 10 a.m. on Monday last, and it was generally supposed that she had sailed for some other port. It will be recollected that the Amazone put into Auckland some time since dismasted, wliilston her passage from Newcastle to California. After die-
