William Read was charged by Charles Monkton with having used threatening language to him, whereby he was afraid for his personal .safety. Jf Cox appeared ibr the prosecutor. The accused pleaded guilty to tho charge, and staled that, lie intended to show he had just cause for doing so. by exposing the complainant in another form iu Court. The accused was bound over in his own bond of £100 to keep the peace towards the prosecutor lor six months.
