SAXBY'S PREDICTIONS FOR 1864 AND 1865.

"We publish, for the benefit of our readers, the following lists of days on which the weather may reasonably ho suspected as liable to a change, most probably towards high winds or lower temperature, being especially periods of utmospheric disturbance.
