Each Tender to state the number of drays to be at. the call of the Government, or any ono drny, and the contractor to bo held responsible fcr all losses or damage done to goods during tho time they were in his possession. TTie drivers will be required to give all assistance in their power in loading and unloading their drays, and each dray must be provided, if wanted, with a large tarpaulin.
