Each Tender to state tho number of drays to be at the call of the Government, or any ono dray, and tho contractor to be held responsible for all losses or damage done to goods during the time they were in his possession. Hie drivers will bo required to give all assistance in their power in loading and unloading their drays, and each dray must bo provided, if wanted, with a large tarpaulin.
