Vessels not drawing moro than nine feet of wator can enter and leavo at all times with half-tide, and at full tides Vessels drawing fourteen foot of water can enter safely. Charts of the river, kindly furnished by Captain Bukokss, can be obtained at the Hayinarket. Assistance, if necessary, can at all mes be obtained on tho spot.
