Each Tender to state the number of drays to be at tlio call of the Government, or any one dray, and tlio contractor to be held responsible for all losses or damage done to goods during the time they were in liis possession. The drivers will be required to give nil assistance in their power in loading and unloading tlieir drajs, and each dray must be provided, if wanted, with a large tarpaulin.
