Vessels not drawing more than liino ieet of water can enter and leave at all times with half-tide, and at fidl titles Vessels drawing fourteen feet of water can enter safely. Charts of the river, kindly furnished by Captain Bur&ess, can be obtained at tho Haymarkct. Assistance, if necessary, can at all lues be obtained on tho spot.
