To-I'AY -Air. Samuel Cochrane will oiler to the public one of the finest properties in the town of Onchiinga. subdivided into u number of suitable building allotments, all of which possess a beautiful view of the iiay and of the surrounding country. The property is at present in rich meadow, the soil is good, and the aspect pleasant, and in the hands of Cochrane, is likely to change owners at a considerable price. The town of Onehunga, is, however, so rapidly increasing in l> filiation, commerce, and importance, that it is hard to say but that the prices which may seem high to-day, will be looked upon as bought dirt cheap in two or three years' time.
