London, April 4. The Puke of Newcastle, Secretary for the ('olunios, has tendered his resignation. Mr. C'ardwell has 4 heen appointed Colonial Secretary, and Clarendon succeeds to the Puchy of 'Lancaster. Mazzini has vindicated Stanfield from the charges made against him. Garabaldi arrived at SVmthampton on the 3rd April and wa< ethusiastically received. The Rev. "Ward P'ccher advocat<-s the revision of the Constitution r»f the Vnited .States, lor the effective abolition of slavery. Kondonberg lias been shelled.
