Bueklaud reports that during the past week considerable numbers of horses have been brought forward to the market, and the greater number disposed of. Priivs bavo been well sustained, best draught soing from £50 to .£9S: medium draught £24 to £36 ; hacks £14 to £20 each.

The sale on Wednesday was well supported, eighteen hordes were sold. The cattle market which was almost bear of fat stock has been freely replenished by the arrival of tiW-ehiss stock from Oipp's Land. The mil-go of the ' Kate Waters.' 19S head, were sold on Monday last ; thev were eagerlv competed for and brought an average of £17 55.; they were of a better quality than we have hitherto received, and were landed in excellent condition. Fat cattle on Thursday were ss. per 100 lower than that of the previous week. Colonial store cattle are higher in price, from 10s. to 15s. each. Dairy cows were plentiful, but those of best quality brought long prices, £M 0 10s. to £34; good cows second-class in quality, from £13 to £20. Fat sheep were lower than last week fully as. per head, there was not a large supplv. The market for store sheep was well supplied. Newcastle wethers withdrawn, lfis. fid. being the best, prices offered. Napier wethers sold at 225. each. Half-bred hogget, 225. each ; wether hoggets 19s. fid. oacli.
