Vessels not drawing more than nine feet of water ean enter and leave at all times with half-tide, and at full tides Vessels drawing fourteen feet of water ean enter safely. Charts of the river, kindly furnished by Captain Bpbgess, can be obtained at the Haymarket. Assistance, if necessary, can at all mes be »b----tained on the spot.
