Forty-nine officers, noncommissioned officers and men ofthe Auckland Militia unci Volunteerscommaiidedhy Captain Howell lei't Dim v camp for Auckland to-day. It in to he hoped that necessity will not again cause them to lie called out for duty ; although lliev have done their work well, notwithstanding they have had some very service since they have been in camp this time. Forty three men ami oOicers of Xo. <3 Company 3rd "Waikato Regt. arrived here irom Galloway's Redoubt last night. Thirty Unci.' carts consisting entirely of Military stores were taken by the Military Train to the front this morning. Tho cattle and horses at. the front art* being; fed on the corn taken from tho natives, this saves tho sending- of several carts of oats that otherwise would have to be sunt daily from here by convoy. Tho ' Betsey' is the onlv vessel now unloading at the Wharf.
