Each tender to state the number of drays to bo at the call of tho Government on any ono day, and the contractor to bo held responsible, for all losses or damage done, to goods during the time they were in hi.s possession. Tho drivers will be required to give all assistance in their power in loading aud unloading their drays, and each dray must be provided, if wanted, with a j largo tarpaulin. j The contractor will have to execute a bond, and find, two substantial sureties for tho duo performance of the contract.
