Giieen.vway, Esq., (-who is leaving for England), to sell, at his Land Mart, on Monday, tko 22nd instant, as 12 o'clock, the estate of Oil ARL E V I L LE, consisting of the superior Mansion House and grounds, with the Orchards, Shrubberies, &c., ic., viz.:— Lot No. 1 contains about 7 acres well subdivided by substantial fences into paddocks, gardens, and orchards, planted -with ornamental and fruit trees now in full bearing. This uniquo and complete mansion is comparatively new built of brick with cut stone facing, &c., £:c., within the last seven years, and is now ready for the occupation of a respectable family.
