In a central position, there is a large, commodious, and well-built house, containing eight rooms, with a verandah. Thero arc also detached buildings, stockyard, cowshed, and utablo. Also a nevur-failing well of water, and a good garden, surrounded by. a two-rail fence, with -whito thorn hedge. Altogether this forms ono of tho finest propertioa in Raglan, and is well adapted for carrying oil a thriving trade in conjunction with tho farm.
