Tho brig Reliance, Capt. Riddle, arrived from Hobart Town on Saturday morning, after a passago of fifteen days. She sailed on tbe 11th ultimo, and experienced south and Houth-oastorly breozos all the wav across. Mado tho Throo Kings on Tuesday last, having light winds down coast. Tho Reliance brings an addition of 25 voluntoors, in command of Mr. J. do Burgh Miller, and tho following paasongers:— Capt. Smith, Mr. Paque, Hre. Paquo, and Mm. Potter. Wo havo much pl6asure in giving publicity to tho following testimonial, presented to Captain Riddle, by tho passengers on board :— Brig Rohanco, Ist January, 1804. Sho loft on tho 1 lth ult., at 6 a.m., experiencing southerly winds tho entire paswigo. Mado tho Throo Kings on Thursday night, the 2411 i ult., and was passod by tho Auckland on Christmas day, off tho North Capo. Sho has boon ever since creeping along the coast, having nothing but light airs and contrary winds. The Jane brings a large cargo, and two passengers—Messrs. K. Stuart and S. House The s. s. Rangatira, Capt. Mundlo,ie duo in tho Manukau from tho South this day. Tho brig Woo Tottio, Captain Brown, hence tho 28th November, arrived at Launccston on tho lGth ultimo. The schooner Sylph, for RubsoU, and Fairy, for Jhinjjonui, both leave this evening. Tho H.B. Corio, Captain liakcr, came up from tho Tatmiki on Saturday morning last. Sho has boon again laid on ibr Napier. Tho Corio went on tho bench to be cleaned on Saturday last. Tho sailing of the barque Kate, Capt. Sherlock, for Sydney, lias boon deferred until this day. Tho two barques nignallod on Saturday last fotched tho linrbour yesterday morning, and proceeded up to the Watchman to dischargo their living freight. The first anchored was the Adelaide, Captain Birkcnshaw, which It'll Sydney on tho 17th ultimo,- with 144 head fat eat 10. For the first two days experienced strong westerly winds, aftor that a fierce galo from tho southward, and the last ton days had broozes from tho S.S.E. Tho Adelaide brings 82 head of cattle, having lost G2 on tho passage; also one passenger, Mr. Hen-ing.—,T. Roberton k Co., agents. Tho W. C. Wcntworth, Captain Smith, brought up shortlv ul'tur the Adelaide. Sho is from tho Grafton, if .S.W., whenco she sailed on tho 17th ult., witli a strong wind from the S.S.E., which was carried all the way across. Tho Wentworth has brought 46 head of cattle, out of 121 shipped, also' 50 tierces beef, 50 bags potatoes, and ono passenger, Mr. Herbert.—Messrs. Stephoneon & Wardell aro her agents. Tho schooner Osproy, Capt. Rogers, loft again for Canterbury via Cabbage Bay, yesterday morning. Tho screw steninor Aloxandra, Capt. Williams, which luft. tho Manukau on Friday evening last, arrived at Raglan tho next morning, discharged her troops, and sailed agaui for Manukau tho same evening (Saturday), whero sho anchored at sovon o'clock yesterday morning. Tho Alexandra leaves again today with further reinforcements for tho Raglan expedition. This steamer line proved hersolf a groat acquisition to tho Government Bcrvico, doing her work to tho utmost satisfaction. Tho s.s. Kangaroo, Capt. Bell, which left Raglan in company with tho Aloxandra, also arrived in tho Manukau yesterday morning. Tho s. , s. Wonga Wonga, Capt. Collem, had proceoded on her passage Southward preparatory to the Kangaroo'e departure.
