TO FARMERS AND NEW ARRIVALS. The subscriber has been instructed by the proprietor to sell A VALUABLE FARM, with HOMESTEAD and STOCK, oil the Mahurangi River, within four hours' sail of Auckland, and vessels of 30 tons burthen can come close to tho House, &c., &c. The Fa km is about 400 acres. The Homestead comprises good house, office, and stockyards The Stock, 50 head of cattle, grazing thereon now. The land is of excellent quality, well fenced and drained, a considerable quantity laid down in grass and under cultivation, and a paddock of 22 acres is now being ploughed up lor summer fallow. There are also 110 acres of tine bush, frontage to the river very considerable. Trice and Tekms to a respectable purchaser very moderate, indeed it is rarely that an opportunity offers of such a large and valuable property in such a high state of cultivation, and so contiguous to Auckland, being offered to the public.
