The property in Howick sold by Mr. Joseph Cochrane yesterday, at his market, realized as follows :—Lots 5S and 59 in Howe-street, fetched £50, and the suburban lot of five acres brought £8 per acre. Yesterday Mr. S. Cochrane held an extensive sale of groceries, kc., ex 'Bombay.'
