The land is of excellent quality, well fenced and drained, a considerable quantity laid down in grass and under cultivation, and a paddock of 22 acres is now being ploughed up for summer fallow. There are also 110 acres of line bush, frontage to the river very considerable. | Price and Terms to a respectable purchaser very moderate, indeed it is rarely that an opportunity offers of such a large and valuable property in such a high state of cultivation, and so contiguous to Auckland, being oil'ered to the public.
