NEW ZEALAND BANK.
A speciat. general meeting of tile proprietors of this Bank was held yesterday, at noon, James Williamsou, Fsq., in the chair. The Secretary rend the notice convening the meeting, and the minute? of the previous meeting. - Thomas Kussell; K-q., then moved that the following resolution, agreed to at the lajt mectintr, held On the yoth nil., bo confirmed :—"That the Directors tif this Hank have the power to call up the remainder of the capital ot the Hank, by calls of CI per share, at intervals ot not Jess than three months; this resolution not to apply to calls already made payable in January, 1864."—1t was a resolution the Board wished to have carried some time past ; having had a full expression of the opinion of the shareholders on tlie subject, he moved the confirmation of the resolution by this meeting. Mr. Rhodes, M. 11. It., having seconded the motion, il was carried unanimously, und the meeting adjourned.
