POLICE COURT. —WEDNESDASY.
[Before Tims. Bkckiiam, Ksq., R.M.] NON-PAYMENT 01' CITY HATES. Mr. Bichard .Moore, Queen-street, was charged by Sir. J. W. Did lams, collector of the City Board rates, with non-payment of the rate duly imposed upon him by the City Board of Commissioners. The amount. .1:3 os., was admitted, aud paid into Court, therefore the case was withdrawn. Mr. Mcrrin an appeared 011 behalf of the defendant. All those p::rt;e» who have not paid their rates before Saturday next, will be proceeded against, under the powers of the " City Board, Act, 18G3," and summonses will be issued. vagh.vnt. John Harrington pleaded guilty to being a vagrant, and was sent to 'the House of Correction for one month. DRUjrK.utns. Two drunkards were mulcted in the usual lino for being drunk and disorderly.
