The subscriber lias been favoured with instructions from Robket Graham, Esq., Stnierintendent of the Province, to sell by Public Auction, at his Stores, Fort-street, THIS DAY, (Wednesday), 9th December, at 12 o'clock, rjp OL L S AND PEES. THE TOLLS LEVIABLE AT THE TWO GATES AT NEWMARKET.
CONDITIONS. The Lessee of the Tolls leviable at the Gates (Newmarket) must pay the rent for each month within seven days after the commencement of the following month. lie must engage to deliver up the Toll Houses, Toll Gates, and Harriers in good repair at termination of Lease ; anil he must provide two approved securities who will jointly become hound for the fultiluicnt of these conditions in a penalty to the amount of two montlis' rent. THE FEES LEVIABLE AT THE SLAUGHTER HOUSE, NEWMARKET. CONDITIONS. The Lessee of the Newmarket Slaughter House and Fees leviable thereat, must conform to the Slaughter House Rules and Regulations as published in the I'rorincial Government Gazette of 20th Nov., 18li3. He must pay the rent for cneh month within seven days after the commencement of ihe following month, and he must provide two approved sureties who will become jointly bound for the fulfilment of these conditions in a penalty to the amount of two months' rent; rates of charges being 2s. Gd. per head for great cattle, aud Gd. for all others. TITE FEES LEVIABLE FOR THE SUPPLY OF WATER FROM THE WATERING PLVCE AT Tll E WYNYARD TIER. CONDITIONS. The lessee of the Government Water Tank will be required to supply water to the shipping and others at the usual watering place, Wyuyard Pier, when called upon, and will be entitled to'charge therefor one shilling per ton ; one shilling being the lowest sum payable even when only a portion of a ton is taken, except ill the ease of water supplied for the use of the Royal Navy, which the Lessee is required to deliver at a charge of sixpence a ton. The Lessee will be required to maintain a hose of the usual size and length in an cilicient. state of repair for the delivery of water without leakage. He must pay the rent for each month within seven days after the commencement of the following month, and he must provide two approied sureties who will jointly become bound for the fulfilment of these conditions in a penalty to the amount of two months' rent. THE TOLLS LEVIABLE AT THE QUEEN STREET WIIAIU* AND WEIGH BRIDGE. CONDITIONS. The Lessee of the Tolls leviable on the Queen-" street Wharf must pay flic rent for each month within seven days after the commencement, of the following month. He must provide two approved sureties who will jointly become bound for the fulfilment of that condition ill a penalty to the amount, of two months' rent. He will also have the weigh bridge feci?. THE CRANE DUES OF THE THREE CRANES ON THE QUEEN-STREET WHARF. CONDITIONS. The Lessee of the Crane Dues will have the three Government Cranes upon the Queen-street Wharf handed over to him on the Ist January by the Wharfinger in an ellicient state of repair. The Lessee must eiigage to maintain these cranes in the like good state of repair and working order during the whole time of his Lease of the Dues, and to deliver them over to tho Wharfinger in an ellicient state of repair at the termination of such Lease. The l.essee must pay the rent for each month within seven days after the commencement of the following month. Tho Lessee must provide two approved securities who will jointly becoino bound for the fulfilment of these conditions in a penalty to the amount, of two months' rent. On the fall of Ihe hammer, a deposit in cash, equal to two months' rent, will be required from the purchaser ; which sum "will bo returned to the Lessee or Lessees on the contract and bond being duly executed to the satisfaction of the Provincial I.aw Officer.
