FoitsAtTii.—A notice has been issued that the first dividend of live shillings in the pound payable on the above- estate, may be received by the creditors this day, from Alt'. Donald McLennan, acting trustee, at his ollice, Q,ueen-street. Matthew's Bazaar. —The handsome and commodious new church which has lately been completed in the parish of St. Matthew's has still, we are informed, a debt upon it of over fifteen hundred pounds. In order to decrease this debt as much as possible, the bazaar, which is advertized to be held to-morrow and the next day, has been projected, and very extensive preparations for carrying out- one of the most brilliant atl'airs of this kind held in Auckland have been organized by the unremitting exertions of several of the parishioners. An excellent refreshment stall will be provided, and th_' assistance of the best band which could hs obtained has been procured. A'ot.rxTi-i'.iis vou Nkw Zealand.—Orders have been received to draft volunteers from all regiments over the regulated establishment serving in Ireland, with the exception of the Ist battalion of the 19th, to reinforce the regiments which were so severely cut up lately in Ne\v Zealand. [?] viz., the 2nd battalion 18th, the 57th, 05th, and 70th. The volunteering from the sSlh was opened in Dublin, ou Friday, when the greater part of the regiment joined the list, more likely on account of the 53th having previously served there, and it being one of the best, military stations our soldiers have a chance of.—Kini/'n Couii/j/ Chronicle, August 12.
