HACK RACE, for untrained horses, of 10 eovs. Entrance, 1 sov. 1 mile. Catch weights. REGULATIONS. Marcs and geldings allowed 3 lbs., and a further allowance of 2 lbs., for maiden horses. No person not a subscriber of 3 sovs. to the Race Fund will be allowed to enter a horse for any except the Royal Cavalry Volunteer Plate, Pony and Hack Races. Entries to be made and colours of rider to bo declared under sealed cover to the Secretary at the Auckland Club, on or before 6 p.m., the 24th December, 18G3. A bell will ring for saddling, and another for starting. Not more than 5 minutes allowed after the last bell, when the horses at the post will be started. The first race each day to start at 12 a.m. precisely, and half-an-hour to elapse bclwceu each race. The prizes will be paid by the Treasurer on Wednesday next c.fter the races at the Greyhound Hotel, Queen-street, at 8 p.m. The races to be run under the rules of the Auckland Jockey Club. ST.
