The whole of the above Machinery is in perfect order, the proprietor having gone to great expense very recently in putting it in the most perfect condition. To any person wishing to adapt the machinery to the same purpose in any of the other provinces, an admirable opportunity presents itself of securing the whole plant in one lot, unci thereby having the advantage of the arrangements of shafting, pullies, &c, as they now stand.
