NOTICE is herebv given that a SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING of the Proprietors of this Bank will be hold in the Banking House, Queenstreet, Auckland, on TUESDAY, 15th of DECEMBER NEXT, at noon, for the purpose of taking into consideration the propriety of confirming the following Resolution, passed at the half-yearly General Meeting of the Proprietors, held on the 30th ultimo, viz:— " That the Directors of tho Bank have tho power to call up the remainder of the capital of the Bank, by calls of £1 per Share, at intervals of not less than three months, this Resolution not to apply to call already made payable in January, 1864.
