The Company are now surveying a certain number of twenty-five acre sections, in the Upper Hutt and Orongorong valley. There can be no question that it will prove that a large number of the first purchasers, in the first and principal settlement are unable to obtain the land they have selected. These parties of course have a prior right tp selectr
ing in this district over any recent buyers, and we suspect they will claim to take blocks of these five and twenty acre sections.
