NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Partnership hitherto existing between David Nathan and Israel Joseph, as General Merchants, Auctioneers, and Commission Agents, at Auckland, Wellington, and Nelson, is this day dissolved by mutual consent. All parties indebted to the late firm at Auckland, tae requested to pay the same immediately to Mr. David Nathan, who is hereby authorised to give a sufficient discharge for the same.
