Chest of drawers, tables, and chairs, Sofas, piano forte, cedar cupboard, and i selection of books, Pedestal lamp, eight-day clock, and looking glasses. Carpets, fenders, and fire irons, Bedsteads, mattresses, and blankets, Decanters, glasses, and crockery-ware, Kitchen utensils, and sundry surplus stores. AFTER WHICH, The Lease of the House now occupied by the Wakefield Club, and rented by them for the term of seven years, at £90 per annum. The house will be sold free of all ground rent during the said term, and the purchaser has a right of removing the house at that time. This affords an admirable opportunity for the safe investment of capital, at a high rate oi interest, from the undoubted security pf the tenants. The auction will commence atone o'clock.
