BIRTH. — At Wangamii, on Monday, the 10th instant, the Jady of Gilbert Francis Dawson, Esq., Police Magistrate, of a daughter JLEWTHWAITE respectfully announces • that he has received instructions to offer for sale, by Public Auction, on the 6th day of December next, all that valuable Section of Town Land in New Plymouth, being Order of Choice 277, which possesses unparalleled advantages as a mill site, having at present upwards of 20 feet fall, and is the only mill site in, or within, many miles of the Town : is within two minutes walk of the beach, and fronts Carrington Road, the grand opening into the finest district of the finest country in the world. ALSO, All those two substantially built Wooden Houses situated upon the said Section, and lately in the occupation of Messrs. T. and W. Bayly. Sale to take place on the Section, at noon precisely.
