NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Court of General Quarter Sessions of the Peace, in and for the district of Port Nicholson, Will be holden at the Court House on Tuesday, the sth day of Ajpril next, at nine o'clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persone under recognizances to appear as prosecutors, witnesses, or defendants, or who have appeals to interpose, or other business to transact, are desired to give their attendance. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Thursday, 7th April next, sections in the districts of Manewatu, Ohariu, and Porirua will be offered for selection at this Office at 11 o'clock a.m. Proprietors not haying agents present at the time of selection will be considered to have reserved their choices for lands yet unsurveyed. Plans of the sections in the district of Manewatu, may be seen at this Office on Monday next and following days; those in the districts of Porirua and Ohariu on Monday 14th and following days. W. M.
