Oct. 24, schooner "Elizabeth," Styles, east coast. — 24, schooner " Sally Ann," Cummins, east coast. — 26, schooner " Fair Barbadian," coast and Sydney. — *26, schooner " Hannah," Barker, coast and Sydney. IN PORT. Cutter "Harriett." Schooner "Jewess," Moore. " Essington," Archer. Barque "Africaine," Dutton. The schooner " Jewess " while lying at Petoni some weeks since, in attempting to get under weigh, on the approach of a south-east wind, was driven on shore, where she remained some time. She has been put in charge of Captain Moore, and Mr. Hunter, ailed by theRev. Mr. Butler as interpreter, with the assistance of the natives, succeeded in getting her afloat last week. She is uninjured and is refitting for sea. In justice to our excellent harbour we must say that to the heedlessness of the late Captain the fault of this vessel getting ashore must be attributed. Vessels at Kapiti. — The schooners "Jane" and "Surprise," both for Wanganui ; the ship " Sir William Wallace," whaler ;" and the barque "Lavinia," and the brig "Lunar," both for Sydney.
