GENERAL STORE. KNIGHT and HAIR respectfully intimate to their friends and the inhabitants of Puit Nicholson, that they have on sale, at their Store, the. following articles, which they can with confidence recommend, viz. . — Sugar, teas, flour, butter, cheese, lard, rice, coffee, tobacco, almonds, currants and raisins, together with a general assortment of groceries. Also, a supply of hardware, haberdashery, and drapery of every description. N.B. — A supply of refined sperm oil just come to hand. Mr. K. has on hand, a 1-rge assortment of Agricultural and Garden Seeds and Implements, all of which he can with confidence recommend, the seeds being all of last year's harvest; and as lie will be continually in receipt of fresh supplies from his relative, the well known Nursery and Seedsman m London, he hopes to be favored with the patronage of the Colonists. So soon as it is sufficiently supported, it will be issued semi-weekly. Subjoined are the terms : — Price of the Paper. — Forty shillings per annum, payable in advance ; or one shilling for single numbers. Advertisements. — Six lines and under, 3s. 6d. for the first insertion, and one shilling for each subsequent insertion ; from six to ten lines, five shillings for the first, and one shilling and sixpence for each subsequent insertion ; above ten lines, five shillings for the first ten lines, and fourpence per line for the excess of that number ; and twopence per line for each subsequent insertion. Advertisements will not appear in the ensuing number, if received later than Friday, 10 o'clock, a.m. Advertisements will be continued and charged until counter-ordered ; such order must be sent to the Office three days before publication, and must be in writing. All orders, advertisements, and communications to the Editor, are requested to be addressed to this Office.
