A returned soldier tells a breezy story of a chaplain who- met a regiment -marching' through the unspeakable winter's mud and slush in Flanders. "Hu110,.-padre," one of the men; called out, "see anything, here we ought to be thankful/ for?" "Yes,"~ shouted, back the chaplain, with a cheery smile, "you ought to be jolljr' thankful you "are not centipedes."
